All is peachy again in sj. Better than last year eh. Tack one more year on the aging vets bodies.
I don't know. Things should start to look better once you guys clear the marleu and Thornton contracts.
If i was a fan id absolutely tired of those guys |

You would think that Sharks fans could spell Hannan's name after all this time. |

You would think that being in Nashville at 2:44 am on a Friday night/Saturday morning that one would have something better to do than be on hockeybuzz... |

You have that one right. I am tired of both Marleau and Thornton. Two guys who will never win a stanley cup.

Status Quo for the Sharks under Doug Wilson, it is always tweaking the 3rd and 4th lines, or trading away assets, its never about real change its about repeating history after year with him and the team. His moves are as predictable as a kid at a candy store. |

Trade Niemi ($4M/yr) for picks/pospects since his stock will never be hirer, Sign Bryz ($1M/yr), Sign Theador/DiPietro/Stalock ($500K/yr) to back up. Improves the goaltending, lowers our cap hit, stocks our minor league cupboards. Then you can resign Gomez and maybe even pick up Damien Brunner with extra $$$ |

I am with ya on this one. Only if Havlat didn't end up hurt we could have bought him out, but with that option off the table I LOVE sending Niemi off now and signing Bryz for cheap so he can prove himself. Its a gamble but it sounds fun. |

I'm still ok with Thornton, but Patty should be shown the door. We could do a lot better with that 6.9 million. |

I wouldn't mind that. I still think Bryz is a talented goalie. His days with Phoenix still haven't been forgotten out west. I think Niemi could fetch the Sharks quite a return considering he has a relatively friendly contract. |

Havlat getting injured is just such bad luck for the Sharks. If he were healthy right now, we could've bought him out and used his 5 million to really beef up our bottom 6. |

Bad Luck? Really Havlat has a record of being injured, had one before we traded for him, but DW traded for him anyway. Be interesting to see how many games T Kennedy misses. In 6 NHL seasons he's played every game in a season 0 times. As for playoffs he had one great series 5 seasons ago, but was benched this past season for a few games. And his Corsi numbers the past two seasons have been very bad. |

LOL. You're constantly b!tching about everything. Go root for the Kings. The team doesn't need fans such as yourself. |

I was referring to the timing of the injury. Obviously Havlat is injured all the time. But had he been able to get even remotely healthy over the offseason we could've bought him out. |
